1. No Guarantees: We are a search firm whose services are retained and paid by our clients. Therefore, the opportunities that we have available are positions that we have been contracted to fill by our clients, who in turn make the final decision. We can under no circumstance guarantee that we will find a suitable position for you or send you on an interview for such an opportunity. Our clients grant us the privilege of working with them and always maintain the authority to accept or deny a candidate for any criteria they so choose. Please rest assured that TSG will always inform you of their decisions and represent you to the fullness of our capabilities. We insist that you maintain employment within your career path until an offer has been made and accepted.
